Shipping
Made when ordered, shipped soon after.
Because we don't keep inventory, every piece is printed for your order specifically. The trade-off for less waste is a short production window before things head to the post office.
- When will my order ship?
Every Faded Mojo piece is made when you order it, so there's a short production window before it ships — usually 2 to 5 business days. Once it's printed and packed, you'll get a tracking email.
- How long does delivery take?
Inside the U.S., shipping typically runs 3–7 business days after production. So most orders land between 1 and 2 weeks from the day you click checkout.
- Do you ship internationally?
For now, we ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — if you'd like to be a first stop when we open it up, drop us a note.
- My tracking hasn't moved.
Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after the label is created. If it's been more than three business days and nothing's moved, send us your order number and we'll dig in.
Returns & exchanges
Reach out and we'll figure it out.
We're a small studio, not a returns department. If something isn't right, the fastest path is a quick email — we read every one and try to take care of you on a case-by-case basis.
- Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is printed to order, we don't run a standard return program. That's the trade-off for skipping the warehouse of unsold inventory most apparel brands sit on.
- What if something's wrong with my order?
If anything arrived damaged, defective, or just isn't what you ordered — reach out and we'll make it right. We'd rather you wear the thing than be stuck with something off.
- What if I just don't love it?
Email us anyway. We can't promise a refund every time, but we'll always hear you out and figure something out together. The shirt should feel like a favorite, not a regret.
Sizing & fit
True to size, lived-in feel.
We aim for the kind of fit that feels broken-in from the first wear. Check each product page for the exact size guide — every blank has slightly different measurements.
- How do your tees fit?
Our tees run true to size with a classic, slightly relaxed fit — not skin-tight, not boxy. If you're between sizes and like a looser cut, size up; if you like a closer feel, stick with your usual.
- What size is the model wearing?
Unless noted otherwise on the product page, models wear size Medium. Size guides on each product page have specific measurements in inches and centimeters.
- Will it shrink?
Pre-shrunk fabric, so any further shrinkage is minimal. We still recommend cold wash and tumble dry low to keep the print and fit looking the way they did on day one.
- Unisex or gendered?
Most of our pieces are unisex, cut with a fit that works across body types. If a piece is specifically men's or women's, it'll say so on the product page.
